Emergency stairs are used as an escape route in case of an emergency, both in multi-family housing and public utility buildings, with the highest safety standards maintained. Staircases of this type are characterized by high resistance to loads and pressure of the crowd. It is the cheapest, quickest and easiest method to ensure a safe evacuation in accordance with the requirements and fire regulations.
It is possible to prevent access to the stairs from the outside while maintaining continuous evacuation from the inside. These constructions are resistant to fire due to the possibility to use intumescent (fireproof) paints. They are designed for higher temporary loads.

RESISTANT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
Stairs as a whole are subject to hot dip galvanization acc. to EN ISO 1461 (DIN 50976), as well as to spray painting with anticorrosive coating systems in compliance with the standard PN-EN ISO 12944-5, painting to ensure fire protection (with intumescent paints) or powder coating. Available in RAL colors.

In order to ensure maximum safety, they are manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the construction law. Emergency stairs are characterized by easy assembly and lower costs (especially in comparison with standard reinforced concrete constructions).
